Case-study page: content and design research

The current PageTraffic page displays five older stories, some with repeated copy, and gives little help choosing a case relevant to the visitor’s business. The Dev preview selects 24 distinct campaign stories from the 26 supplied presentations and puts the metric, reporting basis, campaign context and method together. For the yoga studio and salon, the before-and-after traffic presentations provide stronger standalone stories than their separate ranking snapshots.

What other agencies do

SourceUseful patternHow this design applies it
Siege Media work libraryFilters by industry and service; result-led headlines with a dedicated story page.Niche filters and separate, readable story views. Five broad groups help visitors browse the 24 selected stories without implying that these are all the industries PageTraffic serves.
Victorious case studiesExplains the objective, SEO work and results rather than presenting a metric alone. Each detail view follows challenge, work, measured result and limitations.
SEO.com case studiesProminent outcome framing and clear route from the library to individual stories.Result-led preview cards connect to detailed pages without burying the campaign context.

Full deck collection

The 24 selected campaign stories are represented in this Dev review. The two companion ranking presentations remain source material but are no longer separate cards. Five broad filters group examples by home and property, health and wellness, retail and fashion, technology and apps, and business and industry. Each card names its specific industry. Service type appears in the detail story as campaign context rather than as the primary browsing route. These examples are a sample of PageTraffic’s work, not a complete industry list.

Publication check: These figures come from the supplied PPTX presentations. The design preview does not independently verify Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, dates, or client approval. Confirm the source exports, the right to publish each anonymized story, and any claim about campaign causation before moving this content to www.pagetraffic.com.

11 JewelryAlready selected; measurement note updatedThe later period includes Diwali and wedding season. That context is now visible in the detail story.
12 Luxury linens; 21 IT hardware; 22 Pond pumpsIncluded in the Dev previewDistinct buying journeys and markets. Headline results use total Google clicks, with the four-query subset kept as supporting detail.
13 Mattress; 14 Window shutters; 18 Diamond jewelry; 19 Fashion; 20 Tech store; 23 Medical furnitureIncluded as draft storiesThese extend the range of home, fashion, technology and clinic-supply campaigns. Review client permission and source exports before public release.
15 Numbing cream; 16 Pain-relief patches; 17 SupplementsIncluded as Dev drafts onlyWe report search traffic without product efficacy claims. Specialist review of health-product copy and evidence is needed before public release.
24 TiEcon; 25 Sports appIncluded as digital-marketing examplesThey are paid/social campaigns, not SEO results. The 2013 event data is historical, and the app deck omits a reporting period for some metrics.
26 Stamps & SealsIncluded as a draft recovery storyThe rounded traffic change comes from an older chart. Validate it with an analytics export and do not attribute international shipping to SEO.
Deck copy issue: several ecommerce slides say the Google Search Console comparisons are three-month totals but caption a chart “Google clicks per month.” The preview consistently calls these three-month totals. Confirm the underlying exports and correct the PPTX artwork before public release.

SEO and content structure

Design directions

  1. Editorial — dark, high-contrast hero and clean result cards. Strongest fit with the current PageTraffic redesign.
  2. Evidence board — light, analytic feel with quieter framing and squared cards.
  3. Magazine — bolder blue storytelling with a larger featured result.
